God knows Him, too, lookout. He tells us to pray for those in authority over us so we can live in peace. I pray for him to repent, to turn away from serving false gods, to be saved and be changed!
Just thought it pretty ironic...your screen name...and your seeming resistance to pray for Obama.

My prayers for Obama would be that he put what little brain functioning he seems to have going on to work and THINK!

FWIW you don't have to support your enemies to pray for them. My prayer is that God keeps his promise to change his heart in the same way he changes the course of rivers and streams.
It is easy to pray for your friends. But Jesus wants us to take the hard road. He asks us to pray for our enemies. It is certainly not an easy road to travel. But I have respect for those who do.

Which pretty much sums up what I am praying for - for him. I will also be praying against some things he wants to put forward - such as the defeat of certain legislation. God can always say yes or no, of course; but, ultimately, He is the only one who can bring about true transformation of our society (avoiding the words change and hope here)

I rather live in war then follow him. He will NEVER EVER!! be in authority of me. Not for one second will I respect him. I want my son out of the military, the gays can protect this dump.

Print this statement you juast made and take it to your Church and ask your priest/preacher/rabbi whichever what he/she thinks of your thought expressed here and also the statement you made that NOBAMA doesn’t “DESERVE” your prayers.. I am sure He/She will council you appropriatly

You could try praying that his heart is changed and that he become pro life.
You could pray that he doesn't mess things up too badly.
You could pray that he doesn't get to make any SC appointments
You could pray that God directs him to make the right decisions at the right times.
You don't have to necessarily be praying good things for Obama.
