One of the key leaders of today's most cutting-edge church movement has opened an Internet discussion on the issue of same-sex marriage with the bold proclamation that he believes "gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual and queer" individuals can and should live out their sexuality in – and blessed by – the Christian church.
"I now believe that GLBTQ can live lives in accord with biblical Christianity (as least as much as any of us can!)," writes author and church leader Tony Jones, "and that their monogamy can and should be sanctioned and blessed by church and state."
Jones is an author and former youth pastor who holds a doctorate from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is also the national coordinator of Emergent Village, a loosely-formed friendship of churches that derive their descriptive name from having "emerged" from postmodernism to take the gospel of Jesus Christ into a post-Christian culture.
The "Emergent Church," as these mostly young, community- and mission-driven congregations are collectively known, is criticized by some for being "theologically liberal," praised by others as the best hope for passing the torch of Christianity to future generations.

False teachers will abound in the end times. We don’t know when but I hope everyone is prepared.
I’m not sure how reliable his “analysis” can be when he says the church should endorse what the Bible clearly calls an abomination.
Its really pretty simple. Either love God or love yourself. You can’t have both in first place.

Says it all. Secular minds trying to explain and dissect that which only the spirit can understand. Much like satan using scripture to tempt The Lord Jesus Christ in the wilderness.
Theirs is the wisdom of demons devoid of truth and filled with humanistic dogma. An ultimate worship of the creature over the Creator. Setting their own rules based on their own fleshly needs and desires and attempting to warp scripture to agree with them.
They need to be called out and cast out just as the scripture dictates. The only coming out should be us true Christians from amongst these anti-christs.
Homosexuality has been around for a long time......but they’re getting bolder as things accelerate on God’s timetable. S&G got smacked for trying to force their sin on others... so they best tread lightly.

It’s my understand that we are to warn them first that they are committing heresy. If they repent then all is good. If not then they should be cast out.
One of my pastors last sermons was about this and Rev Wright and how he had written a letter to Wright. My pastor died in a plane crash shortly after.
It certainly looks to me as if time is short.
