Well sparky that is true of many things. But let's try this.
Is there a window in the room to the right?
What was the weather?
What is on the door on the left that is propped open?
What time of day was it?
Was there a truck or some other large object outside the window if there is one?
What time of day was the picture taken. Until those are answered it is just an item in a picture. Of course if people chase water stains and toast marks as images of the Virgin Mary.
