Not much. Reads rather incoherently to me. You are too wrapped up in current events to be able to make sense of the Bible. They appear to cloud your thinking.
Is that nervous laughter I hear? What cult are you in?
You are all over the place with your points.
Your points 1-3 are in conflict with your point number 5. The 69th week ended when Jesus rode into Jerusalem just before He was crucified. Jerusalem wasn’t destroyed for another 30 some years. If YOU can have a 30 year gap, WE can have a 2000 year gap. So there! :)
The rest of your points are just as screwed up.
Your covenant points in 6 & 7 occur before the end of the 69th week meaning your 70th week starts before the end of the 69th and ends only 3-1/2 years afterward.
So either you have a 30 year gap (point 5) or an overlap of the weeks between points 6 & 7 (What’s up with that?).
Your final points (8, 9, & 10) are just your interpretation of scripture and as I can see from your earlier points I don’t trust your interpretation. but, to each his own I guess.
Besides (and I know where this is going to go) Jesus did not return 3-1/2 years after He ascended to Heaven in what is known as the Day of the Lord as spoken of by Joel, Zechariah, Jesus Himself and the others.

“The last week will comense at the confirming of a treaty in which the man of Europe,”
What makes you think the AC is from Europe? Are you aware that of all the countries spoken of by the prophets regarding the end times not one of them is in Europe?
That all the countries spoken of are Muslim?
The fourth beast was/is not Roman.

Well Topcat according to you..GOD left us with a Big Question mark when he would return.
The delusion that GOD pours out on the world is *NOT* his church...
I would say you’ve got an amillennialist and a preterist hounding you... LOL..
“I believe that we are in that LAST WEEK OF DANIEL”
Nope, hasn’t started yet but probably coming to a city near you soon :)

You said — “Topcat- Where do you find in the Olivet Discourse that Jesus was only speaking to the Jews of his time..”
Just ask Topcat when the book of Revelation was written, If he says around 95 AD or so, then you might be able to talk to him. If he says it was written before 70 AD, then you might as well be talking to a wall, because you’ll never get anywhere... LOL..
Oh..., and just “breathe” the word “dispenationalism” and see if Topcat starts “foaming at the mouth”... :-)
You might ask him if Jesus Christ has already returned, too... that’s always an interesting question...
Do you believe that the *Rapture* has to happen before the last week of Daniel starts?
I know so my freeper lol.....i just want them to admit it! And i am...lol!
You asked — “Do you believe that the *Rapture* has to happen before the last week of Daniel starts?”
Yeah, I do.
But, I do understand there are basically five positions on that, within the “Rapture ranks”...
(1) Pre-Trib
(2) Mid-Trib
(3) Pre-Wrath
(4) Post-Trib
(5) Partial Rapture
Where do you fit in there? Perhaps Pre-wrath?
I don’t know how Topcat even begins to interpet scripture?
The way I understand from him, is that Jesus was only writing to the Jews of his time...There was no reason for anyone else to read it unless they wanted a history lesson of Jesus and the Jews....
I don’t see that GOD was trying to play a guessing game with humanity.
You said — “I dont know how Topcat even begins to interpet scripture?”
One word — preterist...
That’s all you need to know...
Mid-Tribber my friend...
I think that we remain here half of the Great Tribulation.
Although I do not think we will actually be here when the Antichrist is truly identified.
I believe our mission is to preach the gospel warn other’s that Judgement Day is truly around the corner, and to continue to strengthen our faith and walk with Jesus as to be *Fully Prepared* and worthy for the rapture of the church.
I have quite a few of Apocalyptic Dreams that started about a year ago...really strange but I always remember them when I wake up.
Oh..., in that list, I gave you five positions on the Rapture...
I will say that there are a very few times I wish I believed position #5 (Partial Rapture), because then I could have the enjoyment of watching the preterists being left behind when I’m going... LOL...
I only stated that to state that my opinions are not the thoughts of a cult or apostate teachings etc.
I hold that dispensationalism has some pretty un-gospel-ish implications. To the extent that someone is consistent with those implications, it is a problem.
Well no matter what, we might be able to see what is going on here after we are gone on a temporary basis...
It sure will be intersting that’s for sure!
That may be, lets see.
Your points 1-3 are in conflict with your point number 5. The 69th week ended when Jesus rode into Jerusalem just before He was crucified. Jerusalem wasnt destroyed for another 30 some years. If YOU can have a 30 year gap, WE can have a 2000 year gap. So there! :)
The key here is that in the middle of that 70th week, Christ made a covenant with His people by going to the cross (that fits with the language in v. 26, after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off. The 70th week is right after the 69th.). The ceremonial system of the temple, etc was effectively ended (symbolized by the tearing of the temple curtain). It served no useful purpose from that point on.
The language of verse 27 does not require that AD70 itself falls within that final week, simply that all the events leading to AD70 are set in motion. Read it carefully without futurist/antichrist colored glasses.
Your covenant points in 6 & 7 occur before the end of the 69th week meaning your 70th week starts before the end of the 69th and ends only 3-1/2 years afterward.
Again, set aside your futurist presuppositions. Christ confirmed His covenant in the middle of the 70th week.
So either you have a 30 year gap (point 5) or an overlap of the weeks between points 6 & 7 (Whats up with that?).
See above. The only thing you have demonstrated so far is that this does not match up with your futurist presuppositions. You have not shown any actual inconsistency with the Bible.
Besides (and I know where this is going to go) Jesus did not return 3-1/2 years after He ascended to Heaven in what is known as the Day of the Lord as spoken of by Joel, Zechariah, Jesus Himself and the others.
Nothing about that in there.
Bottom line: There is no gap in Daniel 9 between the 69th and 70th weeks unless forced into it by ones theology.
Thanks.
I dont know how Topcat even begins to interpet scripture?
At least topcat54 isn't referencing gnostic sources.
