I guess that you missed my point. How about a different angle?

Among the Acts of the Apostles one might consider the writing of the Book of Revelation to be one of them.

You do not appreciate that particular work? Was John not a Church Father? Do you realize just how you come across?You seem to be of the mindset that the Church did not begin until Constantine made it official.

I think that you have dug a hole for yourself on this issue, and it is surprising that you would choose to continue entrenching yourself within it.

You are showing your ignorace by implying that somehow the New Testament emerged as full blown as Jonah belched from a whale. For more than three hundred years the Doctors of the Church debated the issue. Some material was excluded, and some was included after great debate. I can think of no one or no occasion when God spoke to church leaders and demanded that Revelation either be included or excluded. The New Testament may be the word of God, but its organization (and translation) was man-made.
