You said — This would be funnier if we didn’t have a President who has gone to great pains to seal his records to prevent people from finding the truth.

How about the President who threw away all his records so no one could look at them and find out he was not qualified to be President of the United States.

It’s apparently been documented by Leo Donofrio that President Chester Arthur was not qualified, per the Constitution to be President (and threw away most everything he had so that no one could find out).

At least Obama has only “sealed” them..., this other President actually *threw them away* and destroyed most everything... LOL...

That’s curious. I wasn’t aware of the Chester Authur controversy.

I really want to see both Congress and the states clamp down some hard procedures to verify the eligibility of the President.

Fairfield, Vermont* [Chester Arthur’s place of birth is not certain and it may have been Waterville, VT. There were allegations that he was actually born in Canada (making him unqualified for the presidency), and that he adopted the birthplace of his deceased brother. These were never proven.]
