I’d want to examine all the translations . . .
but it seems a bit of a stretch, to me.
There must be some extrapolation construing “power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues and nations . . . “ to somehow involve computers.
It’s quite plausible that it does. But that’s not per se clear in the text by quite a margin.
