Lord, our eyes are upon You today. You have given us hope and faith in Your goodness as we look to You and Your Word alone. We are the sheep of Your pasture and trust You as our Good Shepherd.
Because we know You as a Good Shepherd, we gather to pray for our military personnel. We are asking You to Shepherd each one into Your hiding place and behind Your shield. Show them Your goodness by protecting them physically and mentally, and sending them enough of Your Word to bring faith for eternal life. Give wisdom to military leaders. We pray that each one would make decisions based on the good of the mission and each soldier and not selfish ambition. Thank You, Sir.

We also pray today for Gathering of Eagles. Thank You for their strong support of our troops and for the work they did to bring truth to light concerning Senator Kerrys military background during the 2004 election. Lord, we love Truth!! Send them the encouragement, finances, open doors, helpers and the favor that they need to accomplish their missions. We know You are continuing to show them how they can increase their fruitfulness and are bringing many needs to their attention. Let them not be overwhelmed by these needs, because You are a big God who can meet them all.
We bless You today for Who You are. We magnify You continually in Jesus name. Amen.
Pray today for our defenders.
Amen.
Holy God,
Keep our military men and women in the apple of Your eye; hide them under the shadow of Your wings, that they may be protected from all dangers. We thank You that they never leave Your sight and we exalt You, Father, for crowning them with loving kindness and tender mercies, and for renewing their youth like the eagles’. Blessed are You, Gracious Lord, for standing in defense of those who choose to defend the people of this nation. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
'Let us Sing Him Psalms of Praise.' (Ps.95:2)
" O LORD, You are my God. I will exalt You, I will praise Your name, For You have done wonderful things; Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth."
