I’m not certain why, if you no longer believe that Christ is the Messiah, you honor His title by inserting an asterisk as you do a dash for “God”. This really is not a jab, I really would like to know the rationale for it. It seems to me that if not spelling the name of God comports with traditional honor to the Almighty, not spelling the name of Christ would accord Him the same honor: that He is the Almighty.

I’ll just point out, for the record, that everything you have said about fundamentalist Christians or, more specifically fundamentalist Protestants, has been standard-issue Christian theology for 2000 years. It is unnecessary to label it as “fundamentalist”.
Fact is, it is the liberals who called themselves Christians who are the new kids on the block and have deconstructed the Christian faith into something more to their personal liking.
Liberal “Christians” are theologically akin to rabbinic Jews who abandoned the objective truth of God’s Word and covenant in favor of a religion more to their liking and circumstances. They have even duped some gentiles into their way of thinking.

Customary Jewish popular thinking about Christianity is out of touch and deeply misinformed. In contrast, leading conservative Christian and Jewish intellectuals today regard each others' faith with deep appreciation. Commentary regularly demonstrates sympathy for Christianity, and First Things similarly demonstrates sympathy for Judaism.

Hello, Zioniest Conspirator. Most interesting post. You have some aspects of Christianity correct. But you have misunderstood some others. Even thought these misunderstandings are subtle, they are important. First of all, correct Christian theology does not put the blame on the devil for man’s sinful condition. Further, God did not, in fact, create man “perfect.” The Bible never says that. It says He created everything “good” or “very good.” God, did in reality, create man with the ability to sin—because he created him with free will. Just what happened to mankind at the Fall as described in Genesis is not well-defined either by the Bible or by Christian theologians, so speculation about it is pointless. Let it be simply said that the Bible—including the Old Testament—in numerous places teaches that all men are sinful. Just a few Old Testament passages: Gen 6:5, 8:11, 1 Kngs 8:46, Job 14:1-4, 25:2-6, Ps 14, Ps 51:3-5, 58:3-5, 143:1-2, Pr 14:12, Ecc 7:20, Is 53:6, 55:8-9, 59:2, 64:6, Jer 17:9, Dan 9:1-11.
You have also mischaracterized the doctrine of justification. Even Calvinists, who believe that those saved are chosen by God, believe that one must persevere (in faith and love, etc by free will) during one’s life to enter heaven.

Chullin 59b exists as a discussion about a giant deer and a giant lion which are both originated in a mythical forest called “Dvei Ilai”. The deer is called “keresh”. The lion, called “tigris”, is said to be so big that there is space of 9 feet between the lobes of his lung. The Roman Caesar Hadrian once asked a Rabbi to show him this lion, since every lion can be killed, but the Rabbi refused and pointed out that this is not a normal lion. The Roman Caesar insisted, so the Rabbi called for the lion of “Dvei Ilai”. He roared once from a distance of 400 amot and all the city walls of Rome tumbled down.
