The holy water fonts at the front of Catholic churches remain empty, standing out like empty tooth sockets.
The water from the fonts was removed months ago during the peak of the H1N1 pandemic scare, as hyped and promoted by the World Health Organization, an arm of the United Nations.
Now that the UN got its ugly bunioned foot in the door of local churches, it didnt take long until it giddily paraded up the aisles, bearing out the old adage of the proverbial inch ready to gain its inevitable mile.
Up to now its been the empty fonts and a ban on congregants shaking each others hands as a sign of peace after recitation of The Lord Prayer.
This morning at the Mass I attended in my local church, the congregation was led during prayers for our intentions to pray for Globalization; that it will give us all that we need...

I don’t believe it because Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, “And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” It’s is the truth.
The gates of hell will not prevail against His church. :)
Yes, HIS church, The Bride of Christ, the Roman Catholic Church.
And then there is the Pope's interest in Global Warming.
This is a RC issue this is a every church issue reading the article the person just happened to be Roman Catholic.
Satan can indeed enter any church. He can control the very shepherd of it's flock. All it takes is giving him a foothold. That is 100% as true in your own home or even your own heart.
One thing creeped me out. The website needs to find a way to become self supporting rather than adds. I saw a banner ass for abortion providers in Bluff City, TN reading that article. See how easy it is?
There not really supposed to be doing that in the first place. But I don't like the government being involved with it, one way or another.
Good points!
I think you meant “This isn’t just a Roman Catholic issue” but I read past the typo and I must agree with you.
Yes, satan is after anyone who walks in the light of Christ. He (satan) can go through walls and there is nowhere to find shelter except in Christ. The name on the building you’re in doesn’t make a bit of difference.
The Bride of Christ is made up of all born-again believers. God isn’t interested in denominations. In fact, the Bible teaches we are not to have sects, or divisions where one follows the teachings of this person, another group follows someone else, etc. In the Book of Revelation, Jesus spoke to the 7 churches which at that time, were located in Asia Minor, (I believe) However, he offered praise and rebuke for 6 of them. Philadelphia being the only one he praised. Notice they weren’t named anything other than a group of believers from cities.
People do err when they don’t read the Bible for themselves or ask God to open their spiritual eyes.
Well said.
My God shall supply all I need according to His riches in Glory. He gives his angels charge over me ......Jehovah Jirah(God who provides). Seems like they have forgotten the words of this song!

That is my feeling as well. I was raised Baptist. But I have heard a Priest my cousin actually do several funerals for family members including my first wife who was not Catholic. And with my second wife I have a very soft spot for some Nuns who literally protected her for three months in a church ran hospital. She was my girlfriend then and an ex who wished to do her harm. A protestant wedding with a Priest {from the hospital and Nuns} along with family and our preacher there in a hospital chapel. That is how it should be among believers.
My family doesn't let denomination cause dissent amongst us. I think Christ addressed this issue pretty clearly in Mark ch 9 v38-41. If I could at any point in my life return to a church I'm not sure now where it would be. Likely non denominational though.
I’ve been known to walk out of churches like these-well, almost like these. ;O)
Sorry, but, you err. I stand by the Biblical interpretation - not mine.
Amen
