They are still a backwards people only due to their suppressive and oppressive cult. It is not a religion elsewise they would not need “prayers” 5x a day, which is symptomatic of ritualistic reinforcement typical of cults.

Look at some of the victims of islam. These are pictures of Egyptian Copts who are protesting the persecution and slaughter of Christians in Egypt.
