OK, so the seven years started when? January 1, 2007?
I second that question. If so, what must happen by January 1, 2014? And on January 2, 2014, when none of those things have happened, will you consider the possibility that your eschatology contains major errors?

So many holes in this hermeneutic, one knows not where to begin.
#1, The word for confirm in Daniel is gavar, which means strengthen. A covenant is signed and later the AC comes along and strengthens it. The covenant could well be Oslo. But maybe not.
#2, He causes the sacrifice to cease. This is not possible at this juncture. Still future.
#3, it is Javier Solana that signed the economic treaty - a favorite of many for AC - which leads this to being more newspaper exegesis than try biblical interpretation.
#4, the Rapture is prior, not after the seven years. Many will disagree with me on this on this forum, fine. But, if I am right, the whole thing is yet future.
If you cross your eyes, recite the 9 times tables out loud 36 times, bend over so that the top of your head faces the planet of Venus-but only when it is quarter moon and high tide, you will see how this all works out perfectly to show that my calculations are correct!

I guess a fair question could be....

Actually there is only six months left to go. After three and a half years of the seven year treaty, all hell breaks loose. Right?
Then, yep, we’ll be here, and it won’t be pretty, especially during the last three and a half years. But God will protect us if we stick with him.
Many students of bible prophecy have missed the signing of the 7 year peace treaty in Israel simply because they have not taken God's word literally. Before I go on let me quote the 2 main verses that reveal this event in prophecy.What about that nagging detail of the flood mentioned in Daniel 9:26?Daniel 9:26, 'And after sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for himself: And the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end shall be with a flood, and until the end of the war desolations are determined.

The term of the EU budget is 7 years and was due for renewal on Jan. 01/2007. On this date Jovier Solana made a quick trip to the required office and gave his signature 'confirming' the agreements that he had set up prior to this date and therefore fulfilled all of the requirements that are called for in Daniel 9:26,27.
Or maybe you meant, “Will we know when it happens?”
