Nah, those started weeks ago.
Gee, I was raised on exactly that and I think this guy is a moron for date-setting ...
You couldn’t be more wrong in your opinion.
Well, you know, it’s so...cryptic.
Praise God ... He can even use false prophets and teachers to execute His will.
False prophets.
No one but God knows when the Second Coming of Christ will be.
I know you don’t believe in date-setting, nor do those at the “dispensationalist” schools...and that’s precisely why none have ever set a date, like Camping.
But, most assuredly, if there were no Biblical admonition that “no one knows the hour”, Scofield, Ironside, Walvoord, LaHaye, DeHaan, Lindsey, maybe even Moody himself, would have been scrambling to fix a date.
In fact, some of those early “dispos” did set a date and were discredited.
But can you believe Scofield went through all that intricate date-setting without being tempted to at least guess???? It is to his credit that he didn’t do it.
However, if you were around in 1948, believe me, there were plenty of Moody/Dallas type people who were itching to name a time.
LOL :)
Well in Camping’s case as i pointed out in another thread he claims that rule only applies to the people in the Church and not to people not in the Church that read the Bible. Apparently i missed that verse in the Bible.
Hey guys check ot this video.
