A lot of them are infected. Be very careful. Check all prophetic words by The Word and make sure they come true, test all the spirits, my beloved.

However, as i read through this post, I see that there is also a lot of praying to Mary going on? Huh?

Mary the mother of Jesus was a sinner in need of a savior. Thus, her prayer in the Bible — The Magnificat.

I have seen in these TB/Lakeland/C Peter Wagner churches manifestations of demons posing as “Mary” as well. And as much as I dislike Cindy Jacobs, she was correct in identifying any spirit claiming to be “Mary” as a demon.

I just don’t understand the Mary worship. Mary wouldn’t either.

Paul warned Timothy about laying hands on others in 1 Timothy 5:22

22 “Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.”

Obviously there is a problem with a Pastor laying hands on everyone he sees.

You know, I was unaware of all this until now. Then again, I haven’t made a serious reading on Pentecostalism since the early 1990’s and what I remember never compared to these, these pathological behaviors.

Not that Pentecostalism, particularly of the Protestant variety, isn’t susceptible to crass emotionalism but that was human weakness. This is clearly demonic.

The devil will hit the churches at their weakest point. In our Church among the weakest points has been our priests formation and commitment to their vows of holy celibacy. In the Protestant world the devil has made use of this so-called “prosperity gospel” and the cult of the super-preachers, and the sensational spectacles of false charisms to destroy whatever remains of true spirituality in evangelical Protestantism.

This post is truly revealing. And sad. Thank you for sharing it.

Two videos down. I remember Todd Bentley on nightline. The next day people here were shouting down anyone who was the slightest bit suspicious of Bentley. It’s still creepy to me that people buy into that.

Do you know that a person can take a weekend seminar and become a prophet?

On to more of this thread. Thanks for posting all of this information.

I respect Andrew Strom, David Wilkerson, Cindy Jacobs and C Peter Wagner.

Maryolatry etc is an abomination.

Not sure if I’ll read the rest of your long doc, or not.

Apology is inadequate.

Confess and repent the idolatries and blasphemies connected to the pseudo caricatured personage claimed to be Mary.

Unmitigate blasphemy and idolatry to assume so, fantasize so.

"I just don’t understand the Mary worship. Mary wouldn’t either."

Yes! That is the truth. Thats why real Catholics honor Mary. They do not worship Mary. Which some Christians do not want to understand. If they wanted to truly understand period. We believe God is her savior. Just that she was taken out of sin to carry as a woman the baby( Savior Jesus). Why because he is that Holy. Do you need urls. I will be happy to post.

Charismatics & Pentecostals on the END TIMES list . . .

A ton of flawed junk has been posted on this thread.

I don’t know that there’s a lot of point in responding to most of it.

The rigidly narrow and absurdly, ignorantly convinced are not likely to learn anything regardless of how Biblically and carefully one tried to help them sort out

the real from the counterfeit . . . the pepper from the fly specks.

Those who know the reality of the authentic Holy Spirit’s manifestations—regardless of how atypical—need no proof of the real compared to the counterfeit. The difference is night and day regardless of how similar such may appear to the ignorant.

Most of the pontifications grieve my spirit—particularly in terms of the ignorance and haughtiness.

Thankfully, God knows the reality as do those who follow Him closely.

140 million Charismatic Roman Catholics. That's a trend by anyone's yardstick.

Any ‘assault’ on the “Queen of Heaven” is surely the work of the Holy Spirit.

Sending her to her special place in hell will be one of his finest achievements.

At least a huge percentage of them

know a huge contrast between the dead RELIGION of the INSTITUTION vs the LIFE OF HOLY SPIRIT in their individual walks.

To pray to Mary is not to honor her, but to dishonor her.

Mary is not the “Queen of Heaven,” Ishtar is.

Reinhard Bonnke – The "grandfather" of the Revival Movement. A missionary in Kenya, in 1988 he publically prophesied that people would experience Jesus in two days and many miracles would occur. According to the Kenyan Times, two days later on June 11th, 1988, a white robed man suddenly appeared among the crowd at a Christian healing and prayer service in a village near Nairobi. Christians and Moslems alike recognized him as Jesus and many miracles were reported. On the web site of Benjamin Creme, the new age prophet, we are told this was Lord Matraiya, "Christ returned, the fifth Buddha, the Messiah, the Kalki Avatar, the World Teacher" who will usher in the New Age (www.shareintl.org/job). Bonnke's disciples have tried to disassociate him from this prophesy. However, it has hardly dampened the enthusiasm of Pentecostals for Bonnke's anointing.

Who is Benjamim Creme? Is he endorsed by Reinhard Bonnke, or is he "jumping on the bandwagon"? Think of Simon Magus in Acts (Acts 8:9-24), or the servant girl following Paul around, "These men are servants of the Most High God, who proclaim to you the way of salvation.” (Acts 16:17).

Does it count for anything that those associated with Bonnke have rejected Creme's proclamations?

Cheers!

Until a year or so ago on FR, I had never heard that UFOs were behind Fatima. I dismissed it according to the source. I had no idea they preached that nonsense. I guess that’s why these certain groups are more threatened by Mary than say Islam or Hindu.
