Why should it matter whether people breaking the law speak Spanish, as opposed to Portuguese, or that they are Catholic, as opposed to being Protestant? Does this somehow make their violation of the law worse?
If you have never noticed the vast majority of the RC’s priests are “open borders” communists, then you do work for MSNBC, Bill Ayers, and Jeremiah Wright. Go read the post carefully and observe...your vile priesthood wishes that America would let down its boundaries and invite in more illegals (oops, they wouldn’t be illegal if Father Flanagan has his way) so they could go to seminary. Well, we don’t need more Homes for Unwed Fathers and we don’t need the RCC tellling us what to do. Come to think of it...we don’t need the RCC.
Catholic instead of Protestant? You posted to post 6, it told you that Catholics mostly vote democrat, in fact they have only for Republican Presidents 6 times in our history, and 4 of those were to reelect an already sitting incumbent, and one was for Reagan’s veep in 1988.
So the crime is more egregious because these folks, were they to become citizens, would, on account of their religion, vote the wrong way? If you say so....
Reading minds and attributing motives and making the thread "about" individual Freepers - all are forms of "making it personal."
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.
It means we are not getting our message across effectively. Unlike Ronald Reagan, these misguided souls don’t yet see that the Democrat party has left them. I think they will, but it may take a generation or two.
The Protestants only voted Democrat 3 times for President, 1932, 1936, and 1964, they did not have to learn that, and continued Catholic immigration and American Catholicism becoming even more Hispanic, means that Catholics will never become a conservative voting block.
An actor and union leader for President -- from the Republican side? It'll never happen.
An individual is one thing, voting blocks are different.
Cool Pie Chart. Covers LA County pretty well. Is there a pie chart for the whole country?
That is the country, what are you talking about?
12 million total? Oh hell, let's be charitable - just call that the total in California.
Probably 25 million total in the U.S. - easy.
Nonsense from the Bush-Obama amnesty machine.
Discussing whether a statement is factual is not minding reading. Dutchboy's statement was in no way factual. I guess if he is in a state of invincible ignorance, he is not lying.
Actually current numbers are 10.8 to 11.1 million.
Unless of course you believe Janet Napolitano...
If you have credible sources, then post them.
You think the Obama DHS or DOJ is credible?
See post 38.
