Question of the year.
I haven’t heard this, but if indeed an Orthodox priest purported to concelebrate the Divine Liturgy with a Roman Catholic priest, then it’s likely he ought to be defrocked as being disobedient to his bishop. When bishops are not in communion with each other, their priests are forbidden from celebrating the Liturgy together.
There is mention in one of the articles of activities in the ME. What goes on in Lebanon is not concelebration, but rather intercommunion, which isn’t officially approved either but which is overlooked as I have noted in the past.
Our small Maronite Catholic parish has many mixed families where wife or husband are Syrian Orthodox. These families drive back and forth between the two churches, celebrating Baptisms, Weddings, First Communion and the like. When a new priest arrived to serve their community, our Lebanese priest invited him to some of our fundraising events and vv. When one of the mixed families lost their Orthodox parent, our pastor offered to assist the Orthodox priest prepare 'missalettes' for the funeral service. On the feast day of the Orthodox priest's patron saint, he attended liturgy (but did not participate) at our parish and extended the same invitation to our priest, on his patron saint's feast day.
These two priests enjoyed a common middle eastern heritage and that made for good companionship. Otherwise, I do not know of any situation where either participated in the other's liturgical service.
I tried to read what was posted, but the more I read, the more it read like jibberish.

I have to agree with you! It’s impossible to even tell what points they are trying to make.
The Syrian Orthodox are, like Coptic Orthodox, pre-Chalcedonian, and should not be confused with Eastern Orthodox, who like the Roman Catholic Church are a Chalcedonian community.
This Romanian priest violated the canons and disobeyed his bishop who is not in communion with the Bishop of Rome. He was legally defrocked. End of story.
