It becomes easier after a long dark night of the soul wherein God vividly shows one where one’s heart, biases, actions, potential actions etc. are every bit as evil as one’s enemies.

After 2-3 such long dark nights of the soul, it becomes very easy.

Yes! When things happen from others God can show me that that could be me in another moment. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Matthew 6:14" For if you will forgive men their offences, your heavenly Father will forgive you also your offences. 15 But if you will not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive you your offences."
