Dr. Timothy Gray

Dr. Gray is the President of the Augustine Institute, a dynamic new MA program in Sacred Scripture and Evangelization & Catechesis in Denver. He is also Professor of Sacred Scripture at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary. He holds a PhD in Biblical Studies from Catholic University of America.

The prestigious German publisher, Mohr Siebeck, and Baker Academic have published his dissertation, The Temple in the Gospel of Mark: A Study in its Narrative Role. He is author of Praying Scripture for a Change: An introduction to Lectio Divina, The Luminous Mysteries, Sacraments in Scripture and Mission of the Messiah. Dr. Gray is currently working on a commentary on the Gospel of Luke for the new Catholic Commentary on Sacred Scripture by Baker Academic Press.

Dr. Gray is a partner with Jeff Cavins in The Great Adventure Bible Timeline series, the fastest growing Catholic Bible study program. A nationally renowned speaker, Dr. Gray has filmed numerous series for EWTN. Dr. Gray resides in Littleton, Colorado with his wife Kris and their son Joseph.

This should be a very interesting program. Dr. Gray’s “Great Adventure” series was absolutely fascinating.

A Church were I live in July are going to have these People for a Catholic Bible Conference. I plan on attending.
