It’s raining very nicely every few days on my garden. My problem is a cat digging up the seeds while burying her euphemisms.

What drought would that be? Just because one or two states are experiencing a drought doesn’t make it world, or even nation, wide. Many states this year, including mine, have had record rainfall and snowfall and we are due for some more over the next 3 days.

Droughts come and go all the time, with no connection to “end times”. Really getting tired of this kind of lunacy. Oh no, a locust: END TIMES!!! Oh No, an earthquake: END TIMES!!! Oh no, someone passed gas: END TIMES!!!

No.

There are droughts somewhere every year.

In this age, we just hear about every flood, comet, earthquake, fire, riot, drought, etc now because of the speed information flows.

Much of the US is wet this year..

There was one full day of sunshine in the Ohio Valley near Pittsburgh in April. May hasn't been much better.

Winter saw above average snowfall here.

The Mississippi is flooding and we will probably have a cooler, wetter than average summer because the ground is saturated.

IIRC Northern Europe had above average snowfall and has been wet. There was extreme flooding in Spain.

Now there may be parts of the planet that are experiencing drought but not here.

Wouldn't drought in a biblical sense would be world wide to a devastating effect?

I could be wrong.

The Return of the Lord actually does not revolve around the inconvenience and sufferings of Americans nor of only the areas around the United States. This self absorbed centeredness on American feelings and happenings is neither the basis of the Christian faith nor a good measure of, nor are we the sole measure for God’s calendar arrangement.

When there's a flood, you post Armageddon stories.

When there's a drought, you post Armageddon stories.

Earthquakes, tsunamis, snowstorms, tornadoes, hurricanes, influenza outbreaks, oil well leaks, heat wave, cold snap, etc., etc., etc.

There isn't anything weather related that you can't turn into an “end of the world” scenario.

And probably a lot of non-weather related events that are a “sign” for you, that the Apocalypse is “near”.

I'm guessing that my posting this to you is a sign that the Apocalypse is coming “soon”. And you can find a quote from the Bible to back it up.
