Absolutely mind-boggling.
Amazing.
Only the Russians would think of that...and do it. That HAS to be a first in human history. Our Blessed Lady in space. Well, she's the Queen of Heaven, so it fits.
Bravo to the Russians.

NASA is now a Muslim outreach program and Russia promotes Christianity in space. Never thought I’d see the day. The article does make a mental image of a dashboard saint on a spacecraft tho!

I'm sad to say that Russia is looking like a better option every day. It is more corrupt on the surface now but the US is getting more Soviet-like every day. Russia has a 20% cap on all taxes combined (federal local, etc) and welfare programs for only those that truly can't work (old and disabled). The US has made a terrible mistake creating a growing welfare state.
The biggest difference is their complete lack of PC-based decay. The US has been so infected by this PC propaganda and glorification of stupidity that it's looking more like a terminal disease every day. If I look at any MSM, I want to vomit.
Russia has all the materials and potential to succeed. A true Russian Republic with strong influence by the church could end up as a new world leader.

Was it Our Lady of Fatima who was asking Catholics to pray for the conversion of Russia? Looks like all those millions of prayers over the last 90-some-odd years have been asnwered!
