Featured Term (selected at random):
Congregation of the Missionaries of the Most Precious Blood (1786-1836), founded in 1815 by St. Caspar del Bufalo. It is a society of clerics of common life, whose purpose is to promote devotion to the Precious Blood, to teach youth, evangelized, and engage in the parochial ministry. There are several communities of religious women also specially devoted to the Precious Blood.
Catholic Word of the Day links will be provided later by another FReeper. (Would anyone like to help with this?)
