Well, when they start setting thousands of cars on fire in Paris, I might start to think of them as fundamentalist.

I’m just saying...

Christians starting to fight back-Good! What is needed today is St. Bernard of Clairvaux, not St. Francis of Assisi.

Atheist/pagan fascism.

Where are the “hate speech” laws that are so prevalent in Europe—not that I am for that concept-—but they have them—to silence all dissent against muslims. Why isn’t this labeled as Christianphobia and Hate Speech. The government closes down newspapers and anything that insults muslims.

Such a double standard.

Art is NOT to fight “suffocating dogma”. It is to elevate civilization and make it better—more humane. They are getting confused with Satan/atheism’s job. They are degrading faith and human beings—reducing them to animals with no morality or rationality. Uplifting (Beauty and Harmony) civil society is what reaffirms man and good and beauty—not tear him down.

They ARE advocating suffocating dogma—that fascism which allows NO faith—NO religion and NO morality.

That was never the role of art until Marx and Lenin. They wanted to destroy civil society.

Art first glorified God—then it glorified man—now it glorifies evil. Before glorifying the true God—they glorified pagan gods by infanticide, burning females, cutting out hearts, human sacrifices and statues, sodomy orgies with children, building, etc.

Artists (and I have a Fine Art Degree) think they are Progressive—when they are actually REGRESSIVE—they want to return to their pagan world where mother earth is worshipped, homosexual orgies with boys was the main entertainment, and infanticide is legal. Looks like we almost have returned to their depraved way of living where people are nothing but animals and give in to all their basest desires—culture be damned—especially children. No intellect allowed—only base urges.

Who decides who's "a fundie Catholic"?

"Fundamentalism" is probably a translation of French word "intégrisme," a pejorative used to describe the traditionalist SSPX. These protests are organized by youth groups associated with the SSPX but non-traditionalist Catholics have joined in to the dismay of the liberal bishops.

Your best bet is to go ask here...

“Several Catholic groups have called for peaceful demonstrations, prayer-vigils and the laying down of white flowers outside the building every night the play is shown, while the archbishop of Paris will lead protest prayers against the play at Notre Dame Cathedral.”

Lord Love those peaceful protesters. I’m proud of them.

The role of the artist is NOT to “fight suffocating dogma.”

The role of the artist is to create ART.
