PRAISE GOD for your finally responding to His Still Small and then not so small voice! LOL. I’ve had Him yell !STOP! in my mind, just before stepping out in front of a truck I was oblivious to.

I have had a similar experience only instead of stop it was "grab her" .I was standing on the curb waiting for child to get out of school when I heard it and I said to myself "grab who?" as there wasn't anyone around me . All of a sudden a little girl walked right into me and started to walk out into the street and I heard "grab her " again so I stepped into the street and reached out and grabbed her back pack and pulled her behind me when a truck came around the corner flying , he missed hitting me by a couple of inches . He would have run the little girl over right in front of me .

PRAISE GOD FOR HIS FAITHFULNESS.

AND Praise God for your practiced capacity to

HEAR HIS VOICE

AND OBEY HIM IMMEDIATELY.

One more example of why I don’t undertand any “Christians” who claim that miracles don’t happen today.

Their God is too small.

I think miracles happen all the time but people just don't want to see them , they want to shrug them off as dumb luck.

I've seen the xray of a little baby not even a month old with a tumor on his brain. The little boy was brought to the church and people laid hands on him and prayed (the fact that he was brought to the church was a miracle in itself since the parents were not believers) The child was taken back to the hospital for surgery and had another set of xrays taken just before the surgery and the tumor was gone. The child is now in his 30's and the parents still do not believe . They shrug it off as having happened but they are to wrapped up in their ways and think that repenting and believing is not for them.

My only answer to this is that the miracle was not for them , I think it was to strengthen my faith.

I should have probably said that when this happened I was not a believer either. It’s one of those things that I can now look back and clearly see that I was being witnessed to long before I actually really believed. I mean that I knew who Jesus was , I knew he died , I knew he rose again and people saw it happen and recorded it , I knew the Bible was real (I even had plans to go to Israel and spend a half a school year there ... I wanted to learn Hebrew and I was an adventurer at heart so I was going but Arafat had other plans and started trouble ... I was so disappointed when the trip was cancelled ) I just did not understand the Gospel at that time . It would be more years until I understood but the very day it was explained to me it all snapped together like a puzzle piece instantly and I knew it was true.
