A constitutional lawyer, Doug was known as a defender of the fundamental Human Right to Life. A former Dean of Catholic University's Law School, Doug was also heralded as a defender of the first freedom of religious freedom. He went on to hold the prestigious Caruso Family Chair in Human Rights at Pepperdine University.

Yup, a veritable friggin genius. These credentialed liberal arts academics are astonishingly arrogant. Well, Mr Kmiec, how does it feel to be a self-identifying rube? If I could see through Obama's media-created patina in 2008, why couldn't you? Jackass.

Any thinking person should have been able to recognize the radical socialistic, homophiliac, baby killing mindset of this man long before casting his first vote. No wonder the Catholic constituents are easily lead astray by the foul doctrines of Rome.

So, the jerk still thinks that Obama has “good intentions”? Did Obama have good intentions way back when he was a state representative voting to let abortionists throw born-alive babies out on the roof to die? Has he EVER shown any signs of having “good intentions”?

How out of touch with reality can you get?

Does he understand yet that he is seriously complicit in the murder of millions of babies all over the world, paid for by our taxes?

This moron supports Right to Life yet he convinced Catholics to vote for Abortion on Demand Obama? Now he says he has to follow his conscience? Is he freakin kidding? This guy is a joke who adds insult to injury by pretending to care about these issues now.

Since Kmiec enables Obama to unleash fury by providing cover for “his Christian friend”, his faith is fruitless until he repents.

Obama is a simple open book that does not hide his attempt at abrogating divine law, natural law and, liberty from the foundation of these United States.

This idiot savant also killed a nun and a priest in 2010 because he (The reprobate that excuses evil ideologues) forgot to take his meds.

Kmiec should be treated like dog crap on the bottom of ones shoes until he repents. Besides, his excuses for a Christian to "follow" conscious (Often disguised as feelings) and not heed reason is as shallow as urine on a concrete sidewalk during the hottest day.

Sorry, Monsignor John V. Sheridan died of heart failure about two weeks after the car crash, but was in critical condition throughout until his death.

I remember this POS and his stumping. I hope he has remorse for his intellectually dishonest vote, and I hope it’s the bitterest gaul.

Thank God for you. The first question I asked when Obama made it known was, where’s Kmiec, the dissident Catholic Healthcare West (Now Dignity Health, wink, yet the sisters are still there), the usual ex and non priest heretics, Maria Vian from L’Obsservatore Romano and those at America Magazine who proclaimed him pro-life? I searched for the first statement out of their mouths, since they led many astray (how really, I don’t know, lack of catechetics). Let’s also not forget the bishops at USCCB, who concentrated more on illegals than life and citizen, tax-paying parishioners who are being fleeced.

I called Rome, the bishops on the pro-life and immigration/refugee committees, America Mag and many others. I faxed and emailed his record, legislation in the past and his own words at Planned Parenthood and other venues. Nada.

Now we separate the wheat from the chaff, the rams from the goats and get to the remnant. Whom will they serve?

The Mendacity Of Hopium.

Kmiec's letter will be thoroughly enjoyed, and then used to light the candle used in their Satanic Worship Service.

Doug Kmiec is the preeminent example of failed conservative leadership. He is seen as an icon. He is not. He, much like Peggy Noonan and Buckley’s son, are nothing more than corporate politicians who are able to ingratiate themselves with the right people.

Kmiec’s idea that Obama will cure the causes that cause abortion tells you immediately that he is a liberal in that he thinks that abortion is caused by some socio-economic inequality and not by a moral/cultural defect. He forgets that rich people have abortions too.

It is amazing to me that the conservative media and conservative institutions consider people like him credible.
