Rupert Murdock Tweets Truth on Scientology
The Christian Diarist ^ | July 2, 2012 | JP

Rubert Murdoch has a lot of Thetans perturbed with him. That’s because the founder and chairman of News Corp., which owns Fox News and the Wall Street Journal, among other media properties, tweeted Sunday that there is “(s)omething creepy, maybe even evil, about these people.”

Murdoch was referring to adherents of Scientology, like actor Tom Cruise, who prefer to think themselves as “Thetans” – a term coined by L. Ron Hubbard, the cult’s founder – rather than “people.”

Murdoch followed up his original tweet with another reporting that his twitter account had been bombarded with “hundreds of attacks” from Thetans. That confirms to me that the media mogul is right about Scientologists.

There is, indeed, something creepy about them. And some of them may not only be creepy, but downright evil.

What particularly troubles me about Scientology is that it refers to itself as the “Church,” blasphemously placing itself on the same level as the true Church, which was established by Jesus Christ.

Scientology is no authentic “religion.” It is the product of Hubbard’s imaginings, which drew upon his experience as a science fiction writer, as well as his dabbling in psychotherapy, which led to his creation of a self-help system he called “Dianetics.”

The creepy part of Scientology is its teaching that we are all, everyone, descendents of Thetans brought to Earth 75 million years ago by Xenu, the tyrant ruler of the “Galactic Confederacy.”

Xenu supposedly brought billions our ancestors here in spacecraft (which resembled Douglas DC-8 airliners). The spacecraft were stacked around volcanoes into which hydrogen bombs were exploded. Thetans clustered together, stuck to the bodies of the living and supposedly continue to do so to this day.

This is the belief to which such celebrity Scientologists as Cruise, John Travolta, Lisa Marie Presley and Leahy Remini adhere. It sounds similar to me to the twisted beliefs of the Heaven’s Gate “religion” in San Diego, 39 members of which committed suicide – they preferred to think of it as “shedding their containers” – back in 1997.

The Scripture warns that “many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” L. Ron Hubbard was such a false prophet. And the Godless “religion” he created truly has deceived many.

I think it no coincidence that the Scientology cross bears a striking resemblance to the satanic uncrossed cross.

Greta Van Sustern is a scientologist. That surprised me.

“....who prefer to think themselves as “Thetans”....”

.
Why the lisp? Is it not pronounced “satans”?

Years ago my sister took me to see a group of them, who wanted to “evaluate” us. First thing they did was split us up. After giving me a little test, they starting telling me what I needed to do to improve my life and how they could do it for me.

Alarm bells were going off in my head, so I declined their “assistance”. They got downright scary. They didn’t make physical threats, but they were very intimidating. I wasn’t sure they were going to allow me to leave, but they eventually did. I found my sister and got the heck out of there, never to return.

Charles Manson was tested “clear” by Scientology.

If Rupert Murdock had negative comments about the Mormon faith and Mitt Romney, then the “pro-Obama left entities” wouldn’t have any problems with that.

Scientology, Charles Manson’s Family, Jim Jones, and Anton Levey’s Church of Satan all got started in California along roughly the same time frame. Everybody search for “some other truth”. Or control.

Then there is the Scientology splinter group (still around today) The Process Church of Final Judgment

I recall reading that they invested in a bit of real estate in the Boston market and still draw funds off it.

In the past, Greta said that she was a Mormon, so her being a scientologist surprises me, if it’s true.

Scientology is no authentic “religion.”

The Clinton administration gave it full clearance as a legitimate (and tax exempt) religion.

Don't they claim "trade secrets" or some other copyright/trademark on their "religious" teachings like the big SF story of how man is the spawn of mixed up aliens with personality flaws that must be cleared through past life regression "auditing"?

What comes out in lawsuits is suppressed by this corporate cult as "trade secrets". If they are greater TRUTHS, there is no ownership on them. It's a wackjob shakedown racket. Hollywood knows that you join, you'll get work. It's a networking thing. Additionally, it gives some Hollywood dope addicts a new thing to focus on other than the drugs.

More complicated (and darker) than that. He also had ties to Jack Parsons and his little group of Crowleyite occultists.

which drew upon his experience as a science fiction writer,

That should read "which drew upon his experience.as a con artist,"

As for the cross, I'm sure it is a prop for Hubbard's psychological affinity appeal.

I'm pretty sure Scientology brib..., er, made a big donation to Clinton to get their religious tax status.

You know you're in the presence of true Scientology debunkers when the jabs about clams start.

Bravo.

Think time share on steroids... with bouncers stationed at the door.

They scared the you know what about of me, and that was during my very gullible and trusting phase.
