The beautiful Billy Graham, who has led so many to salvation and brought the saved ever closer to the Lord. May God bless this new undertaking.

When I saw “Nearing Home”, I figured that was Billy Graham’s last book and I think he thought so too. I wonder if he’s seen how far America has fallen in just the last few years and he is struggling to get this new book done before he is called home.
Only God can rescue our country. However, the American people seem to only become more immoral and more hostile to God.
The Old Textament reading for worship today was Jeremiah 23:16-29, and it hits our culture, including our so-called “Christian churches” right between the eyes.
God has not changed one iota since these words were written for God’s people:
“Behold, the storm of the Lord! Wrath has gone forth, a whirling tempest; it will burst upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the Lord will not turn back until he has executed and accomplished the intents of his heart;. In the latter days you will understand it clearly.” (Jer. 23:19,20)
Seeing politicians and their media handmaidens actively demonizing and trying to take down a business because the owner believes in Christian values and “traditional marriage” seems a pretty clear sign to me that America’s days are numbered. That is, if having a bloomin’ marxist in the White House wasn’t enough.
It’s sad because there are millions upon millions of good, God loving Americans out there who don’t like the direction of the country, who opposes the Godless agenda of the left and completely despise Baraq 0bama and his ilk. But unfortunately the good is in the minority and the left is the majority and we will have to suffer the consequences of those on the left.
Then too many of us who are on Gods side (myself included) get intimidated when we are ganged up on by the majority left and we fail to stand up for God too and surrender the debate for the sake of getting away in one piece. God will surely punish us as well.
It’s a terrible delima we are in. We live in awful times. I have reached the point and curse the day I was born. No one except a leftist would want to live in a world like this. I truly wish my parents never had me. I live in a hellish world and will only wind up in a much worse place when I die.
Billy Graham on the other hand, has nothing to fear. He should welcome death so he can bail out this terrible place and be with his wife at the the right side of God.

For some time now I have been praying for America a modified prayer of Abraham: “If You find one Tenth of the people in this country still worship You, spare this country from Your judgement.”
His “ecumenical” decisions helped with the moral confusion we see today..
