I am trying for the first time to post from my Dropbox public file.
I like Dropbox
I use it a lot.
And your link worked flawlessly.
Just a footnote which may already be covered. The nation of Israel, for all their complaining and whining in Egypt was far more content to stay in Egypt then they were to go with Moses. In Ex 6:12 we find that they didn't want to listen to Moses. And there are at least four times when the Israelites long to go back to Egypt (including as late as Joshua). I bring this up simply to point out how we, like the Israelites, long for the things of Egypt. When all the singing and hoopla is over, there is the dessert still ahead of us. God pulled us out of Egypt and continues to guide us to the Promise Land, all the while we keep trying to look back at the things of this world. This is His grace and mercy-and indeed patiences.
I will be placing the links to many such articles on FR. I edit about four each week. I can see this was an older one that escaped my two current proof-readers.
