"The rise in the number or exorcists from four to more than 120 over the course of 15 years in Poland is telling," Father Aleksander Posacki, a professor of philosophy, theology and leading demonologist and exorcist told reporters in Warsaw at the Monday launch of the Egzorcysta monthly.

Ironically, he attributed the rise in demonic possessions in what remains one of Europe's most devoutly Catholic nations partly to the switch from atheist communism to free market capitalism in 1989....

...."Our hands are full," admitted fellow exorcist and Polish Roman Catholic priest Father Andrzej Grefkowicz, revealing exorcists have a three month waiting list in the capital Warsaw...."Manifestation in the form or levitation is less common, but does occur and we must speak about it -- I've seen it with my own eyes," he added.

Remember, removing one demon without healing the wound that allowed it to enter can allow the door open for seven more even worse to enter!

I’ve done this for too many years. It’s not child’s play and can get nasty. Most people don’t know how to do it.

If it’s done in a public forum, it’s usually not real.

The stronger you feel, the less likely you are able to to this work as you can only perform exorcisms through weakness. If you lower yourself to the level of anger or fear, you lose! Your Love must be unshakable.

One more thing. Many years ago I had a vision. The “tares in the wheat” that Jesus referred to are these parasitic attachments. They are as real as can be and the demonic ones are not from here. Most however are just earthbound spirits without physical bodies who have been led astray by the dark ones.

Why are they hiding among us? It’s their only chance to make it through the fire without burning in the upcoming global warming. Sad, it’s not going to work.

“Priests performing exorcism also work with psychiatrists in order to avoid mistaking mental illness for possession, he said.” (While true, many of the psychiatric disorders are caused by these attachments. It’s virtually impossible to find a psychiatrist who is spiritually stable enough to be around during the process. Their intellect does not protect them and they stand a good chance of getting wounded themselves.)

“I’ve invited psychiatrists to meetings when I’ve had doubts about a case and often we’ve both concluded the issue is mental illness, hysteria, not possession,” he said. (But psychiatrists can’t tell the difference)

According to both exorcists, depictions of demonic possession in horror films are largely accurate.(True. However these demons have the ability to know your inner thoughts and will present themselves in the perspective that they expect will scare you the most. Sometimes they will try to fool you by presenting themselves as deceased loved ones. They can be excellent imitators.)

“It manifests itself in the form of screams, shouting, anger, rage — threats are common,” Posacki said.( And sometimes they will just laugh and laugh to cover their fear. )

“Manifestation in the form or levitation is less common, but does occur and we must speak about it — I’ve seen it with my own eyes,” he added. (Yes, it is uncommon. But happens sometimes when you lift out the unclean spirit if the host holds on to it.)

(When you do this properly, you never physically touch the person you are working on. You are protected by a large bubble of light that surrounds you. The dark ones fear the light will kill them and cannot harm you. They will approach you and hiss, snarl, and swing at you, but not come close enough to you to touch you. The Hindu statue of Shiva with the circle of fire around him represents this same bubble.

Some of these attachments do not even know they are causing their host trouble. Since memories are carried in the soul, they often still feel the physical pain of the accident or illness that caused their own physical death. This pain manifests in their host, who has no idea why they are feeling the pain. Often, I have found that allergies go away when the attachment leaves.

Their are consequences of this work. It is not just a quick fix and done as often the strong personality of the attachment becomes the dominant personality of their host. I’ve removed demons, only to find a shell of a soul left behind who had no individual identity. This situation can result in severe depression and a reopening to another attachment. The key is to help the individual to find God and hold on for strength after the attachment is removed.

Matt 7:21-23
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’

Jesus says there will be MANY exorcists in hell.

I would ask anyone who believes they are an exorcist how they know they are NOT part of this "many."

FYI from the Catechism of the Catholic Church:

1673 When the Church asks publicly and authoritatively in the name of Jesus Christ that a person or object be protected against the power of the Evil One and withdrawn from his dominion, it is called exorcism. Jesus performed exorcisms and from him the Church has received the power and office of exorcizing. In a simple form, exorcism is performed at the celebration of Baptism. The solemn exorcism, called "a major exorcism," can be performed only by a priest and with the permission of the bishop. The priest must proceed with prudence, strictly observing the rules established by the Church. Exorcism is directed at the expulsion of demons or to the liberation from demonic possession through the spiritual authority which Jesus entrusted to his Church. Illness, especially psychological illness, is a very different matter; treating this is the concern of medical science. Therefore, before an exorcism is performed, it is important to ascertain that one is dealing with the presence of the Evil One, and not an illness.
