Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The Term "Holy Spirit" is used Three Times in the Hebrew Scriptures; Twice in this passage from Isaiah, and in Psalm 51. The Word "Ruach" however, is all through the Tanach, beginning with the Opening Passage of Genesis. The Word has a literal meaning of "Breath" or "Wind", but means MUCH more than just that.
Christians believe that all manner of sin can be forgiven by God, EXCEPT "Blaspheming the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:22-37, Mark 3:20-30 and Luke 12:8-10). The fact that this warning is repeated in all three of the "Synoptic" Gospels is very telling, since many Parables, Miracles, and Incidents are usually mentioned once or twice. The Only exceptions are the Feeding of the Multitudes, and Of Course, The Death and Resurrection of Jesus, which are related in all Four.

This Passage of Isaiah tells us plainly that The Holy Spirit can be "Grieved".

10. Yet they rebelled
and grieved his Holy Spirit.
So he turned and became their enemy
and he himself fought against them.

11. Then his people recalled the days of old,
the days of Moses and his people—
where is he who brought them through the sea,
with the shepherd of his flock?
Where is he who set
his Holy Spirit among them,
12. who sent his glorious arm of power
to be at Moses’ right hand,
