Appropriate timing, in my opinion.
Please add your own advice.

Grandma’s worry about grown children and now grand children, so thiese are good verses for me. I have taught them this principal but it is hard seeing them struggling for things they think they need. Thank you for this reminder.

Very good message: accepting God’s Will! We can trust God, no matter how ridiculous, perilous, or mysterious our plight may be; we can trust that He is watching, guiding, and protecting us even when all looks so horribly lost.

I struggle with a belief in a benevolent God. What about kids who starve in the Sudan don’t they count?

Excellent advice.
Applies, as well, to health issues. I had a health scare recently, and, after I prayed for God to help me to accept His plan for me, a wonderful peace descended upon me. (Turned out to be non-life-threatening, after all.)

This was very inspirational to me tonight.
Thank-you for posting this.
I am down to my last $2000.
I am less apprehensive about this, because of your post.
Tomorrow I will fight another day.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Prudent stewardship is useful, although it doesn’t guarantee financial security. Fear and anxiety aren’t useful at all.
