Pope Evades Criminal Charges by Hiding in Vatican February 16, 2013

Feb. 16, 2013 Late breaking news on the real reason why Pope Benedict XVI quit the job as Pope is centered around the fact that he was going to be charged for crimes against humanity by shielding pedophile priests in the RC church.

A statement given to Reuters reveals that the Church has decided to grant Joseph Ratzinger immunity against any and all charges involving his protection of known sex offenders.

As a high ranking member of the Catholic Church, Ratzinger knew priests who habitually were reported as sex offenders with children and shipped them to other parishes where they continued raping children.

Even after becoming a Pope as well he protected priests by denying criminal charges.

When he was an archbishop, J. Ratzinger knowingly and willingly protected the criminal priests and thereby avoiding legal and lawful charges against them. Now the church is willfully breaking the law by giving him sanctuary against the law.

The Hiding of a Criminal Pope

In a statement to the press today, the Vatican announced that:

It will give Joseph Ratzinger, formerly Pope Benedict XVI a permanent residency in the Vatican, which gives him legal immunity to any charges against him.

The entire world is wondering why a Pope would consider such drastic action as quitting while still in the papacy, since historically Pope’s usually die in...(snip)

Thank you All! I couldn’t find any refutes or even other articles making this seemingly outrageous statement.

Hold off on the ZOT! I was looking for clarification.

Some version of this story has been going around since the resignation announcement. I believe some group claimed the Pope was guilty of civil rights violations for the Church’s prohibitions against homosexuality. Probably birth control and abortion too.

Anyway, yes, it is all nonsense.

Viewing all the vulgarities on this thread, it’s clear that the forces of the Vatican are posting at full tilt this morning.

Any article that says “The Hiding of a Criminal Pope” deserves no credibility and should not be copied or linked to. Just left-wing moonbattery.

Looks like he is after British also...

Key witness William Coombes assassinated

From his site...
“William Coombes, a Canadian aboriginal, was to have served as a sworn witness at the September 2011 session of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State as to crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity committed by Elizabeth of Windsor (Queen Elizabeth II) and her consort Prince Philip in Canada in October 1964 at Kamloops, British Columbia.”

You got most of them before I could get really warmed up, but I’d nominate Post 5 and Post 18 for ‘potty language’ zaps as well.

Sorry, link says (in part) The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State Established June 15, 2010 Information Sheet Mandate: 1. To bring to trial those persons and institutions responsible for the exploitation, torture and murder of children, past and present, and 2. To stop these and other criminal actions by church and state Headquarters: London, England Convening Session: Monday, September 12, 2011 in London Acting Secretary: Kevin D. Annett, M.A., M.Div. (Canada) Chief Prosecutor: Henry Bear, LL.B (Maliseet Nation) Legal Assistants: Ken Bear Chief (United States), Andrew Patterson (Canada) A Panel of de jure Judges from England, Canada, Ireland and the United States will issue decisions and verdicts. Common Law peace officers will provide detention and enforcement. Sponsoring Organizations: − Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared (Canada) − Templemore Forgotten Victims Group (Antrim, Ireland) − Akha Heritage Foundation (Thailand) − Survivors of Clergy Abuse (Australia) − SAPED (Canada) − Republican Party of Kanata − Against Church Terror (ACT) – (United States) Contact Information: ITCCS101@gmail.com (Office of the ITCCS Secretariat) ITCCS website is under construction ITCCS Bulletin No. 1 – January 3, 2011 The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State Established June 15, 2010 Background and Rationale The abuse, trafficking, torture and murder of children appears endemic to European culture, and continues to be actively practiced, and condoned and protected, by church, state, judicial and police forces around the globe. These same institutions are equally responsible for the historic genocide of indigenous peoples at the hands of European Christendom: an enormous crime against humanity which has never stopped, and continues to ravage and destroy the innocent and the earth. Because these crimes have emerged from within the heart and laws of so-called western civilization, they have not faced judgment or accountability. We believe it is time for both. Two of the main practitioners of this genocide of the innocent – the Vatican and the Crown of England – are effectively immune from prosecution under existing laws and customs. It is therefore incumbent upon all citizens to take action to safeguard their children in the face of the refusal of courts and governments to bring to justice those who threaten public safety and wellbeing. On this basis, our Tribunal has been established to enforce common law and try and convict the institutions and their officers responsible for such historic and ongoing crimes against humanity. We therefore constitute a de jure Court under common law, with full power of arrest, conviction and enforcement. We have issued a Public Summons to Joseph Ratzinger (aka “Pope Benedict”) and six senior cardinals in the Roman Catholic Church, inc. to appear before our opening session on September 12, 2011 in London. A similar Summons will be delivered to other church and state officials in the coming months. Common Law peace officers working for our de jure Court and Tribunal will apprehend these persons and bring them to trial, and will enforce the verdicts of our Court, if regular peace officers refuse to do so. ...

I’ve seen the potty mouth come from otherwise good folks when they get riled up. Forgive them. Folks are understandably sick and tired of attacks on the Catholic Church that turn out false in the midst of the sad truth of existing corruption. The CC is too big to completely avoid corruption, and efforts to purge the corruption must remain underway, both by the Church and critics, though fabricated problems only stall the effectiveness of all efforts to keep our noses clean. Wasn’t trying to cause a surge in cardiac arrests and ambulance rides, just found it suspicious when a friend emailed the link to me this morning.

Not to mention that as Pope he is also a Head of State and thereby pretty much immune to criminal prosecution anywhere...much more than being retired and hiding in the Vatican basement.

Hey, I was looking for Mr. Bear of the Maliseet and found a different one. The Maliseet being a tribe in the Quebec/Maine area. Perhaps around 4,000 people. They were caught between the British and French during the French and Indian war.

Maine has put a member of this tribe in their legislature this year.
