Is there a network of homosexual clerics working within the Vatican? Undoubtedly, Yes. Was the discovery of that network a major factor motivating Pope Benedict to resign? Undoubtedly, No.
Rome is abuzz with reports about a story that appeared in two Italian publications, La Repubblica and Panorama, alleging that in a confidential report to Pope Benedict on the Vatileaks scandal, three cardinals said that one faction within the Vatican bureaucracy was united by sexual orientation and could be subject to blackmail. The storywhich has quickly spread around the globegoes on to speculate that the cardinals report, submitted in December, shocked the Pope and prompted him to resign.
Nonsense.
Before we analyze the reports, lets pause for a moment and notice how little hard evidence has been presented. All of the hundreds of speculative reports now circulating in the mass media are based on two Italian news stories. Those stories, in turn, rely on the reporters assertions, unsupported and unconfirmed, about the contents of the Vatileaks report. For all we know those assertions could be completely groundless. Even if they are (more or less) accurate, they could be highly exaggerated. The allusion to a homosexual network might have occupied just a few paragraphs in a voluminous final report. We dont know.
Is it probable that in their investigation of the Vatileaks scandal, the three cardinals found evidence of homosexual activity among officials of the Roman Curia? Absolutely! As the veteran American Vatican-watcher John Allen of the National Catholic Reporter put it, frankly it would be a little surprising if they hadnt.
The three-cardinal commission was charged with investigating the motives that Vatican officials might have for leaking confidential documents. If they probed the secret activities and associations of Vatican officials, the investigators would naturally have unearthed some signs of.....

Homos in the Vatican! Shocked!
One cannot temporize with a vicious pathological group.”placing one’s pearls before swine...” if you please. Let the experience of that church be a lesson to all. Hopefully, the Roman church is still strong enough to purge the degenerates from their midst. To put it another way I hope their leadership is still strong enough to: “Come out from among them”-St. Paul.
Homosexuality is the root of the filth in the Church. No other act mocks God more-—except abortion. Extreme evils, both. Never are they OK. Fr. Oko explains it well. The stranglehold that homosexuals have on our culture (and the Catholic Church) is obvious. When you have Christians allowing their kids to be taught to take “Pride” in Sodomy-—something is EXTREMELY SICK in the Culture. They are taught to take Pride in evil. It warps reality and Truth in a vulnerable child.
For the Catholic Church to be silent about the “ELEPHANT in the Room”—Homosexuality at the root of all the disgusting behavior inside the Church—has to be part of the blackmail and intrigue.....It may not be the only reason for the resignation—but it plays a HUGE part.
There is “Satan’s black smoke inside the Vatican”. As Pope Benedict stated—the filth has to be expunged. But -—you understand the entrenchment of mafias-—and Italy was the inventor of the system.
In all of history-—homosexual groups (Leftists)-—like the Nazi Brownshirts and Hitler-—Samurai-—Ancient Spartans—Bolsheviks-—Knights Templar/Freemasons/Illuminati——they were the most sadistic, evil groups-—and most dehumanizing because they are so brutal to their enemies and use their bodies in such vile, unnatural ways. They mock God. They show no compassion—no mercy.
They need to be expunged-—as Fr. Oka states. THere is no such thing as a homosexual Catholic “priest”. The concept is incompatible with Catholic Theology and the whole concept of the Catholic relationships of man and Church and God. It is a warped “thinking” to lust after the same sex. It destroys natural relationships at all levels. It is intrinsically disordered and has to be treated as the evil sin it is.

Well now! Theres a valid reason to support an organization! Most of the others do it too!!
/s
Seriously, you need to stop using that. It is really unbecoming and does nothing for your credibility. We all know that many of the moral problems of the Catholic Church are also in many of the other religious organizations. That doesnt excuse any of them. In my opinion if its rampant, ongoing and seems to be tolerated in whatever religious organization its not an organization that a true follower of Christ can associate with. We are told in scripture to disassociate ourselves with those who refuse to acknowledge and repent of sins. If its a religious organization the same would apply.
Are you saying that the truth isn’t important? LOL!
In the current case I would call it irrelevant. Especially if you are using it to somehow justify the support of one religious organization over another who has the same prevalent and unrepented sin.
When Pilate asked Jesus “What is truth?”
Hmmmm
Perhaps you missed the point that this is a clandestine network that was discovered only after an internal investigation. They are subject to blackmail precisely because their exposure would ruin them. The Catholic Church is the one organization that is actually opposed to the homosexuals.
HOMOS EVERYWHERE NOW!!! There isn;t ONE left in the Closet...the Closet is EMPTY....they are among us and CHANGING EVERYTHING.
Im not going to play that silly game with you. If you dont understand the significance of defending an organization by claiming others do it also Im rather inclined to just discount any further discussion.
Sure, right, gotcha. How many decades has this been going on that we know of?
I admire those clergy and lay people of true faith in the Church. It’s the only thing that will get them there.
God Bless their new Pope for all our sakes.
