My wife and I had to take our 19 year old son Liam to the ER yesterday. We are all crushed with sadness and it is difficult to go into details but our family is in desperate need of prayers.

Prayer offered for your son and your family. May God provide a hedge of protection around your son and your family as well as ministering angels and put people of faith (nurses, doctors, friends) in his path.

There have been so many times that I have opened a prayer thread, read and prayed some of the prayers posted there and not had time to post one myself. It is in these times that through tears I feel so comforted and know how important it is to post a prayer response.
We are headed out to Mass but I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers especially those that do not have the time to post a reply.

Lord, spare this young man in a miraculous way, so that glory may be ascribed solely to You for your goodness.
As you did in Nain, please restore this young man to his mother, and to his father as well.
Help Mom and Dad to lean into you for Your grace and support.
A sparrow does not fall that You do not know it.
And this young man is worth many, many sparrows.
