Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Psalm 84

To the Chief Musician.
On an instrument of Gath.
A Psalm of the sons of Korah.

1. How lovely is Your tabernacle,
O LORD of Hosts!
2. My soul longs, yes, even faints
For the courts of the LORD;
My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.

3. Even the sparrow has found a home,
And the swallow a nest for herself,
Where she may lay her young—
Even Your altars, O LORD of Hosts,
My King and my God.
4. Blessed are those who dwell in Your house;
They will still be praising You. Selah

5. Blessed is the man whose strength is in You,
Whose heart is set on pilgrimage.
6. As they pass through the Valley of Baca,
They make it a spring;
The rain also covers it with pools.
7. They go from strength to strength;
Each one appears before God in Zion.

8. O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer;
Give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah

9. O God, behold our shield,
And look upon the face of Your anointed.

10. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand.
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11. For the LORD God is a sun and shield;
The LORD will give grace and glory;
No good thing will He withhold
From those who walk uprightly.

12. O LORD of hosts,
Blessed is the man who trusts in You!

Magnified and Sanctified
Is Your Most Holy Name!
How Blessed Are You,
Oh LORD, Our God,
King of The Universe,
Who Has Brought Us To This Day!
We Come into Your Presence With Singing
And into Your Courts With Praise,
For You Alone Are Worthy,
You Alone Are LORD;
You Alone Are The Host High;
You Alone Are The LORD of Hosts;
And You Alone Hold The Power of Life and Death in Your Hand.

How Beautiful is Your Dwelling Place, Oh LORD!
From The tiniest atom,
To the Most Massive Singularities in Space,
Every Minute Detail of Creation Resonates With Your Glory!

Abba Father,
Our Lives are a Pilgrimage.
Teach us Daily to rely upon you.
You Provide every sparrow with its nest,
Every little creature with its home.
How much more so,
For Those You Have Created in Your Image?
Teach us to Look to You For All Our Needs.

Dear Father, We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem.
Not the "peace" that the World gives,
But the Peace that comes from knowing and loving You.
We pray for the Children of Israel
Who live in the USA,
That their eyes may be opened to the bondage
in which the liberal,
godless,
manipulators hold them.
We pray for an End
To the hideous practice of slavery everywhere.
We pray for our Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
Held captive in Hostile Lands.
We Pray That Messiah will come Quickly
And Set All Things Right

We We Pray Today for all the Dads in the Military,
who are not with their own children today,
but are far away,
Making this sacrifice so that we can be safe and Free.
