A United Nations human rights panel has posed a list of tough questions to the Vatican about child abuse by Catholic priests, a potential embarrassment for Pope Francis a few months into his papacy. The U.N. Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) asked for detailed information on all cases of child sexual abuse committed by members of the clergy, brothers or nuns since the Holy See last reported to it some 15 years ago, and set Nov. 1 as a deadline for a reply.

Catholic Church was around long before the corrupt, morally bankrupt, and satanic UN was ever dreamed of, and will still be around after the UN collapses under the weight of its own corruption and malfeasance.

Why doesnt the OIC’s “UN” challenge islam and all their abuses?
Or how about challenge Iran for their seat for “human rights”
What does islam know about democracy and rights? Sure they can parrot the wests words, but they have no idea of its infrastructure.... and support right back to the MAgna Carta.
What a bunch of illiterates!
Meanwhile you have terrorists seated at the UN, no less on civil rights.
You have Christians being slaughtered, exiled, churches homes and businesses burned or taken over...
Crickets.
So they rule the church now.
Babel indeed.
Because mohammedans regularly dress up in C-4 haute couture and detonate themselves ... Catholics don't do that quite as often.
I attended a conference re: rights of the child at the UN a couple years ago.

I wonder what their views are on child marriage, dancing boys use and the rape of Christian women and girls by islamists?
Go after the violence and murder in the name of Islam, UN. Be useful for once.

The fact that there are some bad eggs in the Church (even Christ picked 1 traitor ) does not mean that you can discount all of the wonderful work of the Church.
Don’t give them any ideas....but what I think the UN will probably do is attempt to criminalize the Church in order to give countries the power to suppress or even expel it.
It is pretty convenient to go after the Church, ain't it.

So, question is how many bonafidable cases of pedophilia do they have within their own ranks?
Psst, he’s Protestant. He believes that the Church impeded progress. If only the Church were destroyed then we can move on to our future.
Like Bishop Vicky Gene Robinson.
Vatican about UN:
In the face of the unrelenting growth of global interdependence, there is a strongly felt need, even in the midst of a global recession, for a reform of the United Nations Organization, and likewise of economic institutions and international finance, so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth.
