UN gives Vatican deadline to answer questions on sex abuse cases

A United Nations human rights panel has posed a list of tough questions to the Vatican about child abuse by Catholic priests, a potential embarrassment for Pope Francis a few months into his papacy. The U.N. Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) asked for “detailed information on all cases of child sexual abuse committed by members of the clergy, brothers or nuns” since the Holy See last reported to it some 15 years ago, and set Nov. 1 as a deadline for a reply.

The fact that there are some bad eggs in the Church (even Christ picked 1 traitor ) does not mean that you can discount all of the wonderful work of the Church.

If this gets the truth out then I’m not sure why any Catholic would be against this. It’s time to clean house. If this helps us on the road to doing that, so be it.

The corrupt one-world government strong arms the corrupt false religion about it's corruption. The irony is thick.

About as thick as the spiritual fog clouding up your glasses.

The real irony is that the one organization which truly defends children as evidenced by its long and often lonely fight with the UN to stop abortion being declared a universal "human right", is now taken to task by the world's major purveyor of child abuse, all in the name of "the children".

The UN, cheered on by America and most other Western nations is murdering children with one hand and pretending to protect them with the other.
