As the situation in Egypt worsens there will be hordes of impoverished but still fervent Islamic refugees fleeing the country. Their favorite destination for security and succor will be the lands formerly known as Christendom, not Muslim countries. Wonder if they will have the decency to drop their torches before they arrive.

Dear Father God...

We come thanking you so much for moving lightman to post this thread....and bless him for doing so.

Lord...keep Egypt in the palm of your hand tonight and only allow things to go so far as to accomplish your purposes there....for the nation and each man woman and child.

Praying especially for those who bare your name and those who will yet come to you there... You know each and the very hairs on their heads....guard their minds at this time.... that when decisions must be made and warnings known.. that all might handle this uncertainty and make choices as you would have them..for the safety of all.

Lord, we ask that thru your servants you might make known to those frightened and alone without you, your salvation message wrapped in your love for them...and equip your saints there to discern their hearts rightly as it’s given.

Thank you God for your great Mercy for us...for them...and for those who are yet to come to you.

May your great and Holy name be high and lifted up thru this great time of trouble til they come out on the other side of it all.

Thank you for reminding me, Salvation - I have objected to the change from "Our Lady of Victory" to "Our Lady of the Rosary" for some time. Of course, they are one and the same.

On another note, my wife Mary, who brought me back to Catholicism, was born October 7.
