Yes! Been thinking the same thing for a few months. Russia is moving to the right of socialism and Obama and the left are running full steam ahead to communism.
Every hotel I have stayed in in he USA in the last two years has had a Gideon bible. When I stay near oak Ridge TN, the chambermaid has left the bible open, sometimes with a pointer to a particular paragraph.
And when I stay at a Marriott I get a Bible, Book of Mormon, and a bio of the hotel chain’s founder.
So are the Russian Bibles in Russian?
Here we thought we would fight the Godless russian bear in the endtimes, but now it seems the Russian Orthodox Church which hanged on through trials and tribulation may be the last bastion of Western Christendom....

The speed with which this has all happened caught me off guard.
I was “saved” in 1978. We thought the world would soon end, what with the Universal Price Code Beastmark and the European Union.
Reagan came along and I enjoyed a period of health and relative prosperity, got married soon thereafter, raised children and was lulled asleep for a few decades.
Here we are, suddenly.
Next step: Obama and Putin will trade constitutions. Putin will take the U.S. Constitution. Obama will accept the old Soviet Constitution for his end of the deal.
I agree, and I also have a sick feeling, that it might take as long to dump it here, as it took to dump it in the Soviet Union. I hope it does not take that long, but I am not confident.
