There used to be a site called 'reformation.com' It was a repository of police/news reports, cataloging many cases of sexual abuse within different sectors of society.
I was never a fan of the site name (actually quite unfair my Protestant sisters and brothers), but it was a great resource to show others how pervasive the WHOLE, evil mess is of child/teen sexual abuse.... maybe leading to a true solution ...
Any ideas where it went ... even not cached on Google?
Just pulled it up and it is there.

It's useful in exposing the hypocrisy and disingenuous nature of those protestants who claim that celibacy causes deviant criminal behavior.
If by "great resource" you mean outdated, anecdotal information then it's still there, and still being trotted out by FRoman Catholics as if it's damning and authoritative. If it's going to be considered accurate, then we can conclude from it that the "Protestant" abuse crisis ended over a decade ago.
One could reach the same conclusion if they relied on the objectivity of people like you and Dr. Thorne to report on cases of criminal sexual behavior committed by protestant clergy.
Ping a man when you talk about him.
Just standard etiquette. Maybe you should consider learning it.
Now that I look at it again, I see the links to reports are centered around non-Catholic, religious cases. Actually, what I had hoped for was a more broad array of represented sectors attached with researched reports: other religious communities, public schools, government employees, etc... I'm interested in solving this scourge on the whole level, rather than than play the 'finger-pointing' games (or engage in infantile name calling) of many ...
But, it does show that this is not just a 'Catholic only' problem that most of the media that I have witnessed try to portray on the matter.
It might be standard etiquette for the insecure but not for anyone else. Thorne’s double standard and self professed anti-Catholic bigotry prevents him from responding when directly questioned and that’s a fact. Murphy often forgets what screen name he/she/it is logged in under when he starts pontificating. Maybe you should learn that before sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong, madame.
correction: that most of the media and quite a few freepers that I have witnessed try to portray on the matter.
Beg pardon ma’am, but maybe Catholic caucus threads would be a safer environment for you. Just a suggestion.
