God only knows the timing but you are right that the signs are all in place. Fear not, God will not subject those who are His faithful to His wrath. The “mark of the beast” will be long after we true believers are out of here. The anti Christ will not even be revealed untill we are gone.
It will not be God but the Anti Christ and Satan that will persecute the believers. Even Lazarus felt the true taste of death and I have not seen him walking around lately. We will all have the possibility of tasting death. But even if we do die in the fight we will be martyrs and be lifted up to the judgement seat and the great throne room. We will return with Christ for the millenial reign.

That is an absolute fact!
They are not to be subject to Satan’s wrath either, (think Daniel in the Lions’ den, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the furnace) the threat will be there, but we will be taken THROUGH it, as Noah, Daniel, & co. were taken through.
