"Only a foolish men would fine it amusing to MOCK The House of the Lord"

Only an unschooled person would think temples are Biblical, or that marriages are sealed for eternity, or that husbands will call their wife's (or wive's) "secret names" to resurrect them, or a hundred other heresies that happen in mormonic temples...

Surrender Dorothy!!!

“more disinformation...a little knowledge is dangerous!”

Ooooo..... isn’t every mormon supposed to be honest in their dealings with their fellow man???

I would consider that a false post, unless you can demonstrate that there is Biblical evidence that Christianity has temples, marriage sealings, etc.

So far, you’ve shown no evidence restornu. Your post that uses the word “disinformation” is simply a false assertion, unsubstantiated.

So who me what you have, or simply admit you don’t have anything. And let Dorothy go too!!!

more disinformation

...a little knowledge is dangerous!

Yup, those facts about the LDS are quite the disinformation as they are not associated with Christianity.

Knowledge mixed with wisdom exposes the darkness of the false LDS belief system.

Check out some more disinformation in post #40 Here

Mormonism has from the very beginning removed itself from Christianity.

According to it's own history.

Kinda cool, too bad many Mormons don't let others know that they agree with all the writings.

I expecially like the part about if a Mormon doesn't accept men having multiple wives they WILL be excommunicated.

Now listen here Mr. amoreperfect union, you know your statement "Ooooo..... isn’t every mormon supposed to be honest in their dealings with their fellow man???" now that is a BIG LOL!

Mormons are supposed to lie and deceive and hide their aberrant beliefs so they can masquerade as Christians.

I don't understand why they are not content with their jesus (satan's brother) and their many gods that used to be men.

Come on Mormons, respect your own writings!

Some day we will stand before the Lord everything we ever did will be revealed even wanton behavior

Some will say I did not know Lord it was your work and will we were mocking and jeering...

Matt 7 Jesus concludes the Sermon on the Mount—He commands, Judge not; ask of God;

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

Gal 6

5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Even so the children of the Lord are commanded to be do good, followers of Jesus Christ does not engage in such behavior that continues to be displayed here

By their fruits ye shall know the children of follow the Lord because they are..

Gal 5

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

There is no excuse to be rude or abuse those who are different than you, none!

Love One Another

GOD said..
As I have loved you,
Love one another.
This new commandment:
Love one another.

By this shall men know
Ye are my disciples,
If ye have love
One to another.

Well of course if you quote from the Bible, it concerns the Jesus of the Bible, and the One--there is only one--true God the Father.

Does this mean you reject the multiple gods of Mormonism and the jesus that is the brother of satan and now believe in the God of the Bible and the Jesus of the Bible?

You can't believe in both.

You must have not read my post, just replied with a stock answer.

Remember:

Mormonism has from the very beginning removed itself from Christianity.

According to it's own history.

Kinda cool, too bad many Mormons don't let others know that they agree with all the writings.

It appears you reject the Mormon belief system, that's a start.

Keep on that path and you can enter the Kingdom of God through the Jesus of the Bible.

The god and jesus of Mormonism can NOT get you salvation and entrance into the kingdom of God.

So I reckon you doesn't accept men having multiple wives which you have to believe to be a Mormon. It's in the official writings which have been showed to you many times.

A god that used to be a man (which LDS teaches) is not the God that breathed the Bible verses you quoted.

So do you accept the Mormon writings or reject them?

Issues that need to be addressed instead of quoting the real Christian God's Bible to support the Mormon false god that used to be a man. (It's in the LDS writings, you know where they are)

Please don't use our Christian God's messages to bolster the LDS DIFFERENT god.

Well of course if you quote from the Bible, it concerns the Jesus of the Bible, and the One--there is only one--true God the Father

***

If I were quote from the Book of Mormon that completes many of the passages that scribe or editor left out, some could have a melt down, and others would shout for Joy!

The Bible and the Book of Mormon ARE ONE, The Book of Mormon is the descendants of Joseph of Egypt through the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh and the Book of Mormon is another witness for Jesus Christ.

Many have already received their Patriarch Blessings through the promise of the Abraham covenant Gal 3 God gave the gospel to Abraham—The Mosaic law was added because of transgressions—The law was a schoolmaster until Christ—The Saints are children of God by faith—All who are of the faith and baptized into Christ become Abraham’s seed.

Ezekiel 37

15 ¶The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,

16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:

17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become ONE in thine hand.

Rev. 14 The gospel will be restored in the last days by angelic ministry

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Ezekiel 37 The stick of Judah (the Bible) and the stick of Joseph (the Book of Mormon) will become one in the Lord’s hand—The children of Israel will be gathered and cleansed—David (the Messiah) will reign over them—They will receive the everlasting gospel covenant.

16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:

This I Boldly Testify in the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

PROVO — A frequently cited passage in LDS scripture identifies The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as “the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth” (see Doctrine and Covenants 1:30).

“What does this mean?” asked Elder Tad R. Callister of the church’s Presidency of the Seventy during a devotional for college-age church members Sunday evening.

“It does not mean that other churches do not have some truth, for certainly they do,” he said. “It does not mean that other churches do not render good, for they render much good. What it does mean is that this is the only church that has all the truth that has been revealed thus far in this dispensation — the only church that has the ordinances necessary for exaltation, and the only church that has the priesthood of God to perform those ordinances with divine validity.”

The Church Educational System devotional originated from the Marriott Center on the campus of Brigham Young University and was broadcast live over the church satellite system, the Internet and other media.

Drawing an analogy from the construction blueprint for a house, Elder Callister said, “In a similar way, Christ built a home to best accommodate the spiritual needs of his children. It was called his church.”

Occasionally, Christ’s blueprint requires a “change order” in accommodating changing needs, and that is provided for in the principle of continuing divine revelation, Elder Callister said.

“If one desired to discover Christ’s church today he would want to match the spiritual blueprint found in the New Testament against every Christian church in the world until he discovered a church that matched the blueprint — organization for organization, teaching for teaching, ordinance for ordinance, fruit for fruit, and revelation for revelation,” he said.

“In so doing he might find some churches that had some similarities — a teaching or two that overlapped, an ordinance that is the same, some offices that bear common names, but he will only find one church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that matches the blueprint in every material respect.”

He said the current Church of Jesus Christ should have the same organization that existed in Christ’s original church, subject to revelatory changes. “Therefore, each of these offices is present in our church today.”

Christ’s blueprint, he said, is very specific regarding ordinances that are to be performed in his church, particularly baptism.

“Once someone crosses the doctrinal bridge and acknowledges that baptism is essential for salvation (which it is), then logically he is led to believe in baptism for the dead — there is no escaping it,” Elder Callister said.

“Otherwise, how does one answer the difficult question: What about those who died without the opportunity to be baptized?”

Elder Callister suggested that the fruits of Christ’s church are an element of his blueprint. Among those fruits, he said, are being healthy as a people, miracles and gifts of the Spirit, and divine visions and visitations from angels.

“The question should not be, ‘How can The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints be the true church with its alleged angels and visions?’ ” he said. “Rather the question should be, ‘How can any church today claim to be Christ’s true church unless it has angels and visions — just as was the case in Christ’s original church, just as it is revealed in his blueprint?’ ”

Missionary work, morality and being family-centered were other fruits Elder Callister identified.

“If one were to match the blueprint of Christ’s original church against every church in the world today, he would find that point for point – organization for organization, teaching for teaching, ordinance for ordinance, fruit for fruit, and revelation for revelation, it will only match one—The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,” he said.

Conversely, “If one rejects this church after studying the blueprint, then it will likely ruin him for any other church because he knows too much,” he said.

“If someone turns from the church, where will he go to learn about the restored truths concerning the nature of God as revealed in the Sacred Grove, the preaching of the gospel to the dead, the three degrees of glory and eternal families?” he asked. “Where will he go to get the ordinances that can save and exalt him? Where will he go to have his wife and children sealed to him for eternity? Where will he go when he wants a priesthood blessing of comfort or healing for a family member? Where will he go to find a prophet of God? He will look in vain for those doctrines and those ordinances and those powers and those prophets, as they are unique to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.”
