One of the commands in revelation is to ‘come out of her my people’.

Problem is everybody has a different definition of ‘her’...

I can see a modern worldwide Babylonian system that seeks to unify religion, government and economic systems as the her..

And sadly, America is a major hub for the world government, world economic and with its ‘freedom and liberty’, a major power in the religion of the world, secular humanism..

I have seen the enemy...and it is partly us..

So which is the “real” Catholic church in the USA?

Not sure what you mean. But your question could confuse non-Catholics. The Sacraments are valid at all Catholic Churches, with some rare exceptions (i.e., not using the correct form and matter).

Any individual, priest, bishop or lay person who rejects dogmatic Church teaching, has left the Church, at least informally.

My experience is that most Catholics send their kids to Catholic schools to keep them away from public school kids. They seem to expect everything else to be the same and they are accommodated in that.

Others here have posted this Bible text on FR a number of times already, but it seems to apply to so many additional stories we are encountering these days.    We should all post it everywhere that it applies.

We all see clearly the great harm president B.O. is doing to our country, and I believe most Catholics here also see the great harm certain U.S. bishops from the USCCB are doing to the Catholic Church, and especially to American Catholics and potential American Catholics, with many of the things that small sub-group of bishops have been and are still doing and saying in recent times, going against clear Church teachings.

We seem powerless to do anything about stopping the damage B.O. is doing to our country, and we also seem powerless to stop the damage that a small group of bishops (the USCCB) are currently doing to our Church and our country.

There must be a better way to band together somehow in order to apply more leverage and targeted pressure in order to stop or curb the great damage that is being done by these people -- both B.O., and the USCCB.

Does anybody have any good ideas about how we, the orthodox Catholic laity and conservative citizens, could counteract these damaging, foolish actions and pronouncements by these bozos, in a much more effective way?    Is there a workable way that we can band together across America in some way in order to go beyond just venting our complaints, and actually effecting positive changes due to strength in numbers, and better-focused efforts?

My own thoughts are that restricting money to them somehow should play a part, but I'm not sure how that could be done effectively beyond individual efforts and decisions, especially for bishops and dioceses across the country from us.

God once told St. Francis of Assisi to "repair His Church", and it may be time again for a whole bunch of Church repairers to step forward and band together, and do some kind of uncomfortable Church repair work today also.

And that is my point. The trouble is that right now in Charlotte, they forced the nun out because of her orthodox talk. She is being blasted for stating what the Roman Catholic Church believes on matters of sexuality.
