Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem
The Trees of The Bible
Matthew 7
Judging Others
New International Version (NIV)
7 Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3 Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brothers eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, Let me take the speck out of your eye, when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brothers eye.
6 Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem
This often-quoted Passage in the Gospel takes on a whole new perspective when seen in the context of woodworking. A carpenter who gets a speck of sawdust in his eye has no need of somebody pointing it out to him! He is probably trying very hard to get rid of it. Anyone who would point such a thing out to him is like the person who makes you roll down your window to tell you that one of your tires is flat, without offering to help you fix it.
This would have been very plain to the people of the day, and very appropriate coming from a Carpenter!
Come and Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
Hallelujah and Amen
