The new obedience to the gospel is free, responsible and conscious. Instead of wasting energy in endless religious polemics, it aims to a new Christian spirituality of joyful acceptance of yourself forming gratitude to God, knowing that homosexual love is His gift, which is not less than the heterosexual. "

Christ did not associate or kiss the hands of any people who spoke such filth as above.

“What Pope actually kisses people on the hand?”

That’s not uncommon treatment of priests in South America.

Honestly, I think you don’t know Jesus very well.

He did say, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart”

The above action of Pop Francis can only signify condolences of abhorrent behavior if one deliberately mistook it too.

It’s uncommon for a Pope to kiss anybody’s hand. But I guess he’s following Obama’s example of kowtowing.

Saints have kissed lepers. That doesn’t mean they want everyone to be a leper.

The man is an unrepentant heretic, perhaps a blasphemer. Kissing his hand signifies approval.

The non serviam of liberation theology will have its effect. It is not fun to watch. Ideas have consequences.

No it doesn’t. You know it doesn’t. You just don’t want to admit it.

Publicly honoring an enemy if Christ is not something the Pope is supposed to do.
It isn’t. You know it isn’t. You just don’t want to admit it.

If you think “salvation” is the sole keeper of the list of “Catholic FReepers”, you’re greatly mistaken.

If a sinner can kiss Christ and lead him to his enemies, a Pope can certainly kiss a sinner and lead him to Jesus.

Part of the mission of proclaiming Christ is to show the other cheek.

What’s up is easy to understand. “Hate the sin, but love the sinner.”

Oh, THAT'S what the pope was doing. I get it. Thank you for clearing that up for me. It must have been a super-secret call to repentance that nobody knows about.

It must be that the Pope is reticent to publicly chastise anybody.

(Wait, what?)

That sinner you spoke of committed suicide. Bad example.

Plus, you have it backwards. Christ did not kiss Judas.
