Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

No Tour of Jerusalem is Complete without a walk through Hezekiah's Conduit and the Pool of Siloam. Hezekiah, one of the few GOOD Kings of Judah, had this tunnel built to bring water into the city in case of siege. The engineering involve is quite remarkable as two crews began at either end and met in the middle. An inscription attests to this fact, and it harmonizes beautifully with this verse in the Bible. There is a similar conduit at Megiddo, which is the ancient city on the Plain of Jezreel, also known as Armageddon.
