Outside of Catholics, who disagrees with birth control (the non-abortifacient kind)?

Some independent type Christians, that’s the ‘quiver full’ thing I think. Some individuals that belong to groups that don’t have an institutional mandate against it also choose to reject bc within marriage. The only other groups besides the Catholics that prohibit bc within marriage as an institutional mandate are the Amish and old order Mennonites to my understanding. I think at least some Orthodox are supposed to get permission from their their spiritual adviser before using it, I have no idea how often it is asked for or given.
