Here is an auto-translation (I don't speak Spanish so I can't attest to how accurate the auto-translation is):

A group of transsexuals, gathered in Diana Pro civil organization, announced today that it will file a lawsuit against Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera, archbishop primate of Mexico, for their discriminatory actions against that community.

During a protest outside the Legislative Assembly of the Federal District (ALDF), Diana Sanchez Barrios, founder of Pro AC Diana they said legally proceed against Cardinal Rivera, as this, together with other Catholic leaders, is issuing "discriminatory statements "against the lesbian, gay and transgender community.

"We will not let overcome by anyone in the respect for human rights that have been building over decades, and the recognition that we have in the City of Mexico, because we will not stop until I see it reflected in the rest of the country" said Diana Sanchez.

The protest coincided with the adoption of a point of agreement in the ALDF in the sense of urging the Council to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination to local, in coordination with the Human Rights Commission of the Federal District, made a campaign for respect sexual diversity.

Diana Sanchez said that last July 26, the transgender community sent a letter to Interior Minister Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, for the "dangerous discriminatory statements" Cardinal Rivera has done, along with Cardinal Francisco Robles Ortega, Archbishop of Guadalajara, among other prelates.

In the letter, state that the leaders made statements and actions that are "constantly exposed in the media," through which "promotes discrimination citizens because of their sexual preference, inciting homophobic attacks and making statements about the Women who exercise the right to decide about their body. And to this day it has not been issued sanction despite being public actions ".

Sanchez Barrios also said that last July 29, he sent a letter to Cardinal Rivera Carrera to warn you about actions that are clearly in violation of Articles I, 124 and 130 of the Constitution and, therefore, undermine the secular state .

For his part, Rivera Carrera replied, through a letter dated August 6, saying "murdering a child in the womb is in no way good for women who experience this drama, much less for a child who is deprived of the first of all rights: the right to life ".

The cardinal added in his letter: "The Church can not accept the adoption of false rights such as those you listed in your letter because they go against what the Holy Scripture says, the doctrine of the Church that comes out of it and faith Catholic lived in fidelity to God's plan over two thousand years. "

And the cardinal said he has never attacked the gay-lesbian, community as the Catechism of the Catholic Church asks them not to discriminate against homosexuals.

Yet those Mexicans who are coming here will faithfully vote the homosexual/abortionist party line.

Have they forgotten their persecution in the 20s?

Rivera had spoken in the past in a dismissive and insulting manner about homosexuals and transsexuals.

So have I. So has every normal person. Simply using the phrase "normal person" is "dismissive and insulting" to "gays and transpeople" (as my 17-year-old says, unironically).

I've taken to calling them "grays and transformers."
