I can’t very well post a Catholic Caucus thread when it mentions heretics and atheists.

Feel free to post your own Mary threads if you love Her so much.

You could skip it [and others similar] altogether and pray the rosary instead. Do you think Mary likes these types of threads? You are a Catholic, correct, or no?

Do you think Mary likes these types of threads?

Doesn't Mary want us to know for what and for whom to pray?

These types of threads serve that purpose.

You are awfully presumptuous to compare how fast I prayer a rosary compared to posting a short article.

Why are you on FR instead of praying the rosary?

There's really a blanket answer to your question. Just ask her to pray for everything her Son wants.

All these threads mostly do is irritate the non-Catholic. Not always, of course, but many times they do. It's so difficult to see people write so many terrible things about Mary. Doesn't it bother you when they do?

An NCC asked me if I ever confront the Catholic on Free Republic as to why they keep posting bait-type Mary threads? So in between aves, that's what I am doing.

What’s an NCC? And searching the internet while praying the rosary shows your lack of focus on the Blessed Mother.

I understand, everyone prior to Luther, including the Apostles was wrong, and all 70,000 witnesses were wrong.

The witnesses saw... something... yes.

As to what it was...

Did you ever think the ET's might have used UFO technology to urge people to invoke Mary's intervention on behalf of converting Russia and thereby avoiding the murderous plague of communism?

And yet, why not?

NCC=Non-Catholic Christian.

Padre Pio recited the rosary pretty much from sun up ‘til sun down. And he wasn’t always kneeling at an altar.

In that spirit, I usually keep the rosary on in the background when I surf the Web. It’s better than not having the rosary on when I surf the Web.

And during WWII the Hitler-Stalin Pact, pledging mutual non-aggression, ended only when Hitler invaded Poland.

Actually, Stalin invaded Poland just a couple weeks after Hitler did. They divided the country between them according to a pre-determined plan.

The Pact ended when Hitler invaded Russia on June 22, 1941. If he hadn't done that Stalin would probably have still been happy to be his ally.

Padre Pio did not have the internet.

But he is reported to have bilocated; something you also appear able to do since you know when I’m praying my rosary.

P.S. The Church used to call your NCC’s “heretics”.

Now I understand your argument:

There is counterfeit money in circulation.

Therefore, all money is counterfeit.

It seems to me you like to argue, just for the sake of arguing. I’m a Catholic and have been since 1984; I love my faith, and I love Jesus, and His mother too.

And that is what the NCC I was talking to was trying to get across to me; that [some] Catholics on Free Republic USE Mary to bait them and get them going with conversation, not always in a good and godly direction [by either side].

Why do YOU care one way or the other?
WHAT is it to you?
Have you nothing else in your life to do besides bash the Catholics? Lol.

There are 1.2 billion Catholics in the world. What good does your little screed do? You are certainly free to screed but it says more about the lacuna in YOUR life than anything else.
I might even pray for you...to our Lady of Fatima. :o)

Should we never refer to the Blessed Mother at all, in order to accommodate those who hate her? People like Bianchi don't need our help to insult Mary. They'll do it regardless.

On the other hand, it's important for Catholics to be made aware of the depredations of Pope Francis and his minions (although those of us already aware of his previous insults to Mary aren't surprised).
