There are apocryphal stories but they were never accepted as scripture. The Infancy Gospel of Thomas contains some of these childhood legends. One problem with them is the Jesus they portray sometimes behaved like the little kid in the Twilight Zone episode It's a Good Life. The one where Billy Mumy has magical powers and sends anyone who offends him "out into the cornfield". One of the scariest episodes in the series.
