” EWTN, played a big role in my conversion! I am sure this is true for many souls.”
You too? That is wonderful. Nice to know you.
RIP Mother Angelica!
My dear mother, when she used to live with me, would put on EWTN to watch her and the benediction.
It did help me, in my spiriutal conversion, even though it would take years.
We have a new Saint; of this I have no doubt. Mother Angelica, pray for us who are still embroiled in the spiritual battle!
She was awesome. I’m not Catholic - or Christian - but I will always be a fan. She was - and will remain - the best. Thank you Mother Angelica!
A most inspiring life.
Truly a great Christian.
Correction, “spiritual”.
God called Mother Angelica on this very special day.
And may Perpetual Light shine upon her.
I’m Protestant too and have enjoyed watching her and EWTN. Bless you Mother Angelica.
A warrior for the Cross has gone to her Eternal Reward.
She will be met with “Well done, My good and faithful servant.”
Rest in peace Mother Angelica. I learned the rosary from her on EWTN.
I watched Mother Angelica here and there on television, and always found her interesting. One day, sitting in a parking lot and listening to a rerun of her show on satellite radio, I heard her tell a personal story. It was very profound and resonated with me for very personal reasons. I will never forget it, or her. How much good she has done for others.
I’m sure there was one great party in Heaven today when she arrived!
RIP
Correction again, God called Mother Angelica home on this very special day.
Amen
OMGoodness on Easter! What a sign! What a blessed sign!
Yeah, a person with love in her heart.
I’m constantly amazed by what people of faith can achieve, even under (or perhaps because of) great poverty.
I watched a documentary recently about Father Nelson Baker, founder of Baker Catholic Services in Buffalo NY and also builder of Our Lady of Victory Basilica. Truly a mustard seed.
Risen Lord Jesus, THANK-YOU for the blessings that you had given to us by sending this true servant of God, Mother Angelica. Give her eternal rest. In YOUR SACRED NAME. Amen
